The third of our live online Family Art Workshops is all about textiles, designed for all ages we'll be exploring 'bird survival in winter' teaching you how to make Macrame bird feeders.
Things will need:
- String
- Scissors
- Curtain hoop (or similar)
- An old saucer, or plant saucer, or bottom of a tetra pack, or empty coconut or orange
- Beads?
- A stick
- Bird seed
We're offering this event for free to ensure as many people as possible can take part but we ask those who can afford it to help us cover the costs with a recommended donation of £5. You can add a donation to your basket today!
This session will be delivered by Stephanie, an Early Years Artist Specialist and Montessori Teacher.
Working for several art galleries and museums across Leeds and Wakefield, Stephanie develops fun and engaging sessions and play spaces. Her aim is to harness children's wonder in the world around them, through play, exploration, art and fun!
